Ingredients
For the Shrimp:
- 450 g (1 lb) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- 5 g (1 tsp) garlic powder
- 2.5 g (½ tsp) onion powder
- 1.25 g (¼ tsp) salt
- 0.6 g (⅛ tsp) black pepper
For the Mango Salsa:
- 1 mango, diced
- ¼ red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
- 15 g (¼ cup) chopped cilantro
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lime juice
- 2.5 g (½ tsp) salt
- 1.25 g (¼ tsp) black pepper
For the Lime-Chili Sauce:
- 60 ml (¼ cup) mayonnaise
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) sriracha
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lime juice
- 2.5 g (½ tsp) garlic powder
- 1.25 g (¼ tsp) onion powder
- 0.6 g (⅛ tsp) salt
- 0.6 g (⅛ tsp) black pepper
For the Bowls:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- ½ avocado, sliced
