Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine boiled potatoes, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, and milk. Grind until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the chopped vegetables and baking powder. Mix well.
- Gradually add the wheat flour and knead until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
- Brush a pan with oil. Using oiled hands, shape the dough into flat circles.
- Cook the roasties on medium heat for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the pan and serve warm.
