Vegetable Roastie

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine boiled potatoes, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, and milk. Grind until smooth and well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the chopped vegetables and baking powder. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add the wheat flour and knead until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
  4. Brush a pan with oil. Using oiled hands, shape the dough into flat circles.
  5. Cook the roasties on medium heat for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Remove from the pan and serve warm.
