- 4 cups (960 ml / 32 fl oz) low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup (120 ml / 4 fl oz) heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika (sweet or smoked, 2 g / 0.07 oz)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (1 g / 0.04 oz)
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, chopped (1 g / 0.04 oz)
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
