Ingredients
For the Tater Tot Base
- 900 g (2 lb) frozen tater tots
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- 2 g (½ tsp) salt
For the Toppings
- 200 g (2 cups) shredded cheddar cheese
- 100 g (1 cup) shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
- 200 g (7 oz) cooked ground beef or shredded chicken
- 5 g (1 tsp) smoked paprika
- 5 g (1 tsp) garlic powder
- 2 g (½ tsp) ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh & Creamy Toppings
- 120 ml (½ cup) sour cream
- 120 ml (½ cup) guacamole
- 100 g (¾ cup) diced tomatoes
- 50 g (½ cup) sliced green onions
- 30 g (¼ cup) sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
Optional Extras
- 60 ml (¼ cup) nacho cheese sauce
- 50 g (½ cup) black olives, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
