Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water
For the Pineapple and Vegetables:
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 small onion, cut into chunks
- 225 g (1 cup) fresh or canned pineapple chunks
For Garnish:
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) sesame seeds (optional)
