Ingredients

Cake:

• 6 eggs, separated
• 1 cup (tea) cocoa powder
• 2 cups (tea) sugar
• 2 cups (tea) wheat flour
• 1/2 cup (tea) hot water

Filling and Covering:

• 2 cans of cream
• 2 tablespoons brandy
