Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, minced ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and sesame oil until smooth. Set aside.
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned, about 4–5 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add snow peas, carrots, bean sprouts, red bell pepper, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the prepared sauce over the mixture.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the beef and vegetables evenly.
- Gently toss in the cooked lo mein noodles until well combined and heated through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sliced green onions.
