Steaks & Noodle Stir-Fry

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, minced ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and sesame oil until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Cook lo mein noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned, about 4–5 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add snow peas, carrots, bean sprouts, red bell pepper, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the prepared sauce over the mixture.
  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the beef and vegetables evenly.
  7. Gently toss in the cooked lo mein noodles until well combined and heated through.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with sliced green onions.
