- 1 ribeye or sirloin cut in bite sized pieces
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 half yellow onion, sliced
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup bok choy, green parts only
- Green onion, sliced
- Salt & pepper
Sauce:
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp rice vinegar or mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil.
