STEAK & SHRIMP YAKI UDON

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack udon noodles
  • 8-10 shrimp, tail off and deveined
  • 1 ribeye or sirloin cut in bite sized pieces
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 half yellow onion, sliced
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bok choy, green parts only
  • Green onion, sliced
  • Salt & pepper
Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar or mirin
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil.
