Smoked Chicken Breast

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C) using your preferred hardwood.
  2. Drizzle the chicken breasts with olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with chicken seasoning and massage gently so the seasoning coats all sides.
  3. Place the chicken onto the smoker grate. Smoke for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the smoker and tent loosely with aluminum foil. Allow the carryover cooking to bring the internal temperature up to 165°F (74°C).
  5. Slice the chicken against the grain and serve warm.
