Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C) using your preferred hardwood.
- Drizzle the chicken breasts with olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with chicken seasoning and massage gently so the seasoning coats all sides.
- Place the chicken onto the smoker grate. Smoke for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Remove the chicken from the smoker and tent loosely with aluminum foil. Allow the carryover cooking to bring the internal temperature up to 165°F (74°C).
- Slice the chicken against the grain and serve warm.
