Ingredients

• 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (140 ml) neutral-flavored oil
• 2 cups (480 ml) water
For the coffee syrup
• 3/4 cup (180 ml) black coffee (brewed or instant)
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
For the coffee frosting
• 1 tsp coffee granules
• 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, warm
• 1/2 cup (115 g) butter, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 cups (360 g) powdered sugar
To decorate
• 1/4 cup (25 g) cocoa powder
