Directions
- Place beef stew meat in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Pour over the meat and stir until all pieces are coated.
- Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, and bay leaf. Stir to combine evenly.
- Cover and cook on Low for 8–12 hours or on High for 4–6 hours, until beef is tender enough to cut with a spoon.
- Remove the bay leaf before serving. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot with crusty bread for dipping.
