Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Directions

  1. Place beef stew meat in the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Pour over the meat and stir until all pieces are coated.
  3. Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, and bay leaf. Stir to combine evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 8–12 hours or on High for 4–6 hours, until beef is tender enough to cut with a spoon.
  5. Remove the bay leaf before serving. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot with crusty bread for dipping.
