Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and just opaque, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Deglaze the skillet with white wine or chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3–4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Combine cooked pasta and shrimp with the creamy sauce, then transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
