Directions

- Assemble the skewers by threading potatoes, corn, sausage, and prawns, alternating ingredients evenly.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill grates.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Tabasco, and mixed spices until well combined.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Brush the skewers generously with the spicy butter mixture while grilling, allowing the corn to lightly char and the prawns to heat through.
- Remove from the grill once the corn begins to caramelize and everything is heated and lightly browned.
- Serve hot with lemon slices on the side.
