Shrimp and Asparagus Foil Packs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, trimmed asparagus, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil and divide the shrimp and asparagus mixture evenly among them.
  4. Fold the foil over the mixture and seal the edges tightly to create foil packets.
  5. Place the packets on the grill or in the oven and cook for 10–12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked.
  6. Carefully open the foil packets and transfer the contents to serving plates.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for extra flavor.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh, aromatic flavors.
