  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Greens:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 6 cups mixed greens (spinach, kale, or Swiss chard)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
