Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway, until crispy and golden.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add greens and sauté until wilted, 3–5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer greens to plate and top with crispy chickpeas. Serve warm.
