  • 1 lb (450 g) andouille sausage or kielbasa, sliced

  • 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
