Ingredients

Fritters:

  • 2 large potatoes (500 g), peeled and grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 2 tablespoons (40 g) corn starch
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 7 g ground coriander
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Yogurt Sauce:

  • 120 g natural yogurt
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • ½ cucumber, finely diced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon spicy sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
