Ingredients
Fritters:
- 2 large potatoes (500 g), peeled and grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tablespoons (40 g) corn starch
- ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
- 7 g ground coriander
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Yogurt Sauce:
- 120 g natural yogurt
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- ½ cucumber, finely diced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon spicy sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
