Directions

  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir until well blended.
  3. Season the Chicken: Sprinkle cubed chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Add the Sauce: Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken. Stir well and cook for 2–3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the chicken evenly.
  6. Add Pineapple: Gently fold in pineapple chunks and cook for an additional 2 minutes until warmed through.
  7. Serve: Plate the chicken and pineapple mixture over jasmine rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with fresh cilantro.
