Instructions
- Preheat the Oven – Place the oven rack in the middle position and preheat to 375ºF (190ºC). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough – Unroll the crescent dough onto a cutting board. Separate into 8 triangles, then cut each triangle lengthwise into three smaller triangles (24 pieces total).
- Roll the Sausages – Pat the sausages dry. Place one sausage at the widest end of a dough triangle and roll toward the point. Repeat with all pieces.
- Brush and Season – Arrange the rolled sausages on the baking sheet, point-side down, about 1" apart. Brush with the whisked egg and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, if desired.
- Bake – Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Serve warm with dipping sauce if desired.
