Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon (8 g) cornstarch

- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers (any color), thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon (6 g) fresh ginger, minced
For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) beef broth
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon (4 g) sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon (0.5 g) red pepper flakes (optional)
For Serving:
- Cooked rice
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
