  • ½ cup (50 g) grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 2 cups (200 g) penne pasta
  • ¼ cup (25 g) mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • ¼ cup (25 g) green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, grated (or 4–5 cocktail tomatoes)
  • 250 ml (1 cup) fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon Knorrox All-in-One seasoning (or to taste)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan or additional cheddar (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
