Ingredients
Tart Shell:

- 100 g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 350 g (2 3/4 cups) all-purpose flour
- 50 g (1/2 cup) almond flour
- Pinch of salt
Citrus-Almond Filling:
- 3 large eggs
- 120 g (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) sugar
- 150 g (1 1/3 cups) almond meal
- Zest of 2 oranges
- Juice of 1 orange (about 60 ml / 1/4 cup)
- 1 tsp orange blossom water (optional)
- 50 g (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted
Glaze (Optional):
- 2 tbsp apricot jam
- 1 tbsp water
