Ingredients

For the Tiramisu:

• 500 g (2 cups) mascarpone cheese
• 150 g (2/3 cup) hazelnut cream or Nutella
• 200 g (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp) heavy cream
• 300 g (approx. 20–25 pieces) ladyfinger cookies
• 350 g (1 1/2 cups) espresso coffee, cooled
• 50 g (3 tbsp) cold water

For Decoration:

• Hazelnut cream or Nutella, for drizzling
