Nutella Tiramisu

Directions

  1. Prepare the espresso coffee and mix it with the cold water. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone and hazelnut cream (or Nutella). Whisk until smooth and fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone-hazelnut mixture until light and airy.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, making sure they absorb some coffee but do not become soggy.
  5. Begin assembling the tiramisu in a serving dish: layer soaked ladyfingers at the bottom, then spread a layer of the mascarpone-hazelnut cream on top. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream on top.
  6. Decorate with a drizzle of hazelnut cream or Nutella. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Slice and serve chilled for the ultimate creamy, chocolatey experience.
