- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 200 ml (3/4 cup) fresh cream
- 20 g (1 1/2 tbsp) sugar
- 100 g (3 1/2 oz) nuts, finely chopped
- 200 g (7 oz) cream cheese
For the Topping (Roof):
- ½ tea cup sugar (approx. 100 g)
- 1 tablespoon (14 g) butter or margarine
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 ml (3/4 cup) cream
