Ingredients

For the Base (Dough):

  • 200 g (7 oz) cornstarch biscuits
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) milk

For the Filling:

  • 30 g (2 tbsp) sugar
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) milk
  • 12 g unflavored gelatin
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 200 ml (3/4 cup) fresh cream
  • 20 g (1 1/2 tbsp) sugar
  • 100 g (3 1/2 oz) nuts, finely chopped
  • 200 g (7 oz) cream cheese

For the Topping (Roof):

  • ½ tea cup sugar (approx. 100 g)
  • 1 tablespoon (14 g) butter or margarine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 ml (3/4 cup) cream
