No-Bake Strawberry Delight

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. In a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust. Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top.
  6. Repeat with the remaining cream mixture and sliced strawberries, creating a layered effect.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours to allow the dessert to set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with halved strawberries and optional strawberry glaze or fresh mint. Slice into squares and enjoy.
