Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust. Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top.
- Repeat with the remaining cream mixture and sliced strawberries, creating a layered effect.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours to allow the dessert to set.
- Before serving, garnish with halved strawberries and optional strawberry glaze or fresh mint. Slice into squares and enjoy.
