Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add spaghetti sauce, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Layer half of the cooked spaghetti in the prepared baking dish. Spread half of the creamy cheese mixture evenly over the spaghetti.
- Top with the remaining spaghetti and pour the meat sauce over it, spreading evenly to cover all the pasta.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling. For a golden, crispy top, broil for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Allow the casserole to rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
