Million Dollar Spaghetti

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add spaghetti sauce, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  5. Layer half of the cooked spaghetti in the prepared baking dish. Spread half of the creamy cheese mixture evenly over the spaghetti.
  6. Top with the remaining spaghetti and pour the meat sauce over it, spreading evenly to cover all the pasta.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top layer.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling. For a golden, crispy top, broil for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  9. Allow the casserole to rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
