Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the fillets, ensuring they are fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish.
  3. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours, to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the salmon fillets 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. The exterior should have a light char while the interior remains tender and juicy.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
