Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Mix well.
- Gently fold in crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
- Stir in half of the cheddar cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from oven and garnish with remaining green onions and fresh parsley. Serve warm.
