Louisiana Hot Crab Dip

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Mix well.
  4. Gently fold in crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
  5. Stir in half of the cheddar cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the green onions.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Top with remaining cheeses.
  8. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
  9. Remove from oven and garnish with remaining green onions and fresh parsley. Serve warm.
