Lobster Crab Shrimp Macaroni Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook 2–3 minutes to form a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk, Dijon mustard, and paprika. Cook, whisking constantly, until sauce thickens.
  5. Reduce heat to low and stir in shredded cheddar and Gruyere until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, lobster, crab, and shrimp.
  7. Pour cheese sauce over seafood and macaroni mixture, gently stirring to combine.
  8. Transfer mixture to the greased baking dish.
  9. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until top is golden and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
