Ingredients
1 packet digestive biscuits, crushed (about 200 g)
¼ cup melted butter
1 tin (about 395 g) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup lemon zest (plus a little extra for garnish if desired)
1 cup whipped cream
2 chocolates of your choice, crushed (or extra lemon zest) for topping
