Hummus (No Chickpeas!)
Introduction
This cauliflower-based hummus is a fresh, creamy twist on the classic dip—no chickpeas required. Smooth and garlicky with bright lemon and a gentle warmth from smoked paprika, it delivers all the comfort of traditional hummus with a lighter, vegetable-forward feel. It’s perfect for dipping crisp veggies, spreading on toast, or serving as a crowd-pleasing appetizer. Naturally vegan and low-carb, this version comes together quickly and proves that simple ingredients can still create big, satisfying flavor.
