Hot Shrimp Dip

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, use a hand-held mixer to beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup Pepper Jack cheese, Old Bay Seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the chopped shrimp, minced garlic, and green onions until evenly combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top the dip with the remaining cheddar and Pepper Jack cheese.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the dip is heated through.
  7. Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetables.
