Grilled Salmon & Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo

This dish combines perfectly grilled salmon and sautéed shrimp with creamy, rich fettuccine Alfredo, garnished with fresh parsley.

Ingredients:

For the Salmon & Shrimp:

* 2 (6-8 oz) salmon fillets, skin on or off (preferably skin on for grilling, then remove if desired)

* 1 tablespoon olive oil (divided)
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
* Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

For the Fettuccine Alfredo:

* 8 oz fettuccine pasta
* 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
* 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional, but enhances flavor)
