Directions

- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers evenly.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred on edges.
- Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki sauce: combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and chill until ready to serve.
- Serve grilled chicken skewers hot with a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.
