Grilled Cheese (Keto-Friendly)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bread: Place the slices of keto bread on a flat surface. Spread butter on one side of each slice.
  2. Assemble the Sandwich: On the non-buttered side of one slice, place the slice of tasty cheese and sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top. Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side out.
  3. Grill the Sandwich: Lightly grease a non-stick pan and heat over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Check for Doneness: Press down gently with a spatula. When the cheese begins to ooze and the bread is golden, the sandwich is ready.
  5. Serve: Remove from the pan, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, slice in half, and serve immediately.
