Instructions
- Prepare the Bread: Place the slices of keto bread on a flat surface. Spread butter on one side of each slice.
- Assemble the Sandwich: On the non-buttered side of one slice, place the slice of tasty cheese and sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top. Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side out.
- Grill the Sandwich: Lightly grease a non-stick pan and heat over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Check for Doneness: Press down gently with a spatula. When the cheese begins to ooze and the bread is golden, the sandwich is ready.
- Serve: Remove from the pan, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, slice in half, and serve immediately.
