Ingredients
For the dish:
- 3 potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1 white onion, finely chopped
- 1 package (about 500 g) ground beef
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 large bag shredded mozzarella
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Béchamel sauce (see below)
For the Béchamel sauce:
- 5 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp nutmeg
