Ingredients

For the dish:

  • 3 potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 package (about 500 g) ground beef
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 large bag shredded mozzarella
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Béchamel sauce (see below)

For the Béchamel sauce:

  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
