Garlic Lobster Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

• 12 oz (340 g) linguine or spaghetti
• 2 lobster tails (about 6–8 oz each), shelled and chopped
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
• 1/4 cup dry white wine (or seafood/chicken broth)
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• Grated Parmesan (optional, for garnish)
