Garlic and Cheese Bread

Instructions  

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender, combine the softened butter and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the garlic, wine vinegar, and your chosen herbs to the mixture. Blend briefly to combine.
  4. Slice the bread into portions of your choice and place them on the prepared tray.
  5. Using a brush, generously coat each slice with the garlic-butter mixture, making sure all surfaces are covered.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the top of each slice.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese starts to turn golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the bread cool slightly before serving.
