Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a blender, combine the softened butter and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the garlic, wine vinegar, and your chosen herbs to the mixture. Blend briefly to combine.
- Slice the bread into portions of your choice and place them on the prepared tray.
- Using a brush, generously coat each slice with the garlic-butter mixture, making sure all surfaces are covered.
- Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the top of each slice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese starts to turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let the bread cool slightly before serving.
