Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all firecracker sauce ingredients until smooth.
  3. Season salmon fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the salmon fillets for 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Pour the prepared firecracker sauce evenly over the salmon in the skillet.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 9 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve immediately, spooning extra sauce over the fillets if desired.
