Directions
- Preheat oven. Set oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare ribs. Lay ribs on the prepared baking sheet, bony side down. Score any tough membranes along the bone with a knife.
- Season ribs. Rub ribs generously with the grill seasoning. Cover with a second layer of foil and crimp the edges to seal.
- Bake slowly. Place ribs in the oven and bake for 2–2½ hours, until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.
- Apply BBQ sauce. Remove ribs from the oven. Brush one side with BBQ sauce and broil for 2–3 minutes until the sauce begins to caramelize.
- Flip and baste. Turn ribs over, baste the other side with BBQ sauce, and broil again for 2–3 minutes.
- Finish and serve. Remove ribs from the oven, add additional BBQ sauce if desired, cut into individual portions, and serve hot.
