Instructions
- Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot, arranging them evenly.
- Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the chicken, covering it completely.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and sour cream until smooth. Pour evenly over the stuffing and chicken.
- Add a layer of frozen green beans on top for color and added nutrition.
- Pour 1 cup of water over the mixture to ensure the stuffing stays moist during cooking.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7–8 hours. The chicken should be tender, and the stuffing light and fluffy.
- Check the chicken with a meat thermometer—it should reach 74°C (165°F). Fluff the stuffing gently before serving.
