Crispy Fried Chicken

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and poultry seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix with milk. Set aside.
  3. Coat each chicken piece in the seasoned flour mixture, then dip into the egg and milk mixture, and coat again in the flour mixture to ensure a thick, crispy crust.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Carefully fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 12–15 minutes depending on piece size.
  5. Remove fried chicken and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite hot sauce, sides, or dipping sauces.
