- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix with milk. Set aside.
- Coat each chicken piece in the seasoned flour mixture, then dip into the egg and milk mixture, and coat again in the flour mixture to ensure a thick, crispy crust.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Carefully fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 12–15 minutes depending on piece size.
- Remove fried chicken and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite hot sauce, sides, or dipping sauces.
