Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the chicken thighs evenly with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, dill, honey, and lemon zest to create a marinade.
  4. Place the chicken in the baking dish and coat thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest a few minutes before serving.
