Instructions
- Cook the Pasta
- Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside, reserving ยฝ cup pasta water.
- Cook the Beef
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add onion and sautรฉ until softened.
- Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook 1โ2 minutes until fragrant.
- Make the Creamy Sauce
- Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream, stirring well.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
- Combine Pasta & Sauce
- Toss cooked bowtie pasta into the beef cream sauce until evenly coated.
- Cook 1โ2 minutes for the flavors to meld.
- Serve
- Plate the pasta, garnish with chopped parsley or extra Parmesan, and serve warm.
Tips
- For extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes while cooking.
