Creamy Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta

Instructions:
1. Begin by cooking the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add in the diced chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and diced bell peppers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become tender and fragrant.

4. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for a minute before stirring in the heavy cream. Add the remaining Cajun seasoning and mix well until the sauce is combined and begins to thicken slightly.

5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet along with the shrimp. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.

6. Incorporate the cooked fettuccine into the skillet, tossing everything together until the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce.

7. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
