- Add cream cheese to the beef mixture and stir until melted and creamy.
- Spoon the beef and cream cheese mixture into each halved bell pepper, dividing evenly.
- Place filled peppers on a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until heated through and peppers are tender.
