Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Optional: bake bell pepper halves for 5 minutes to slightly soften before filling.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, and salsa. Mix until combined.
  4. Add cream cheese to the beef mixture and stir until melted and creamy.
  5. Spoon the beef and cream cheese mixture into each halved bell pepper, dividing evenly.
  6. Place filled peppers on a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until heated through and peppers are tender.
  7. Serve warm, and enjoy!
