Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
  5. Spread cream cheese evenly over each chicken breast.
  6. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and optional red pepper flakes.
  7. Bake 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
