Directions
Step 1: Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crisp. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving a small amount of bacon fat in the skillet for flavor.
Step 2: Sauté Onion and Potatoes
Add olive oil to the skillet if needed. Sauté diced onion for 3–4 minutes until translucent. Add the diced potatoes, sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper, and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden and slightly tender.
Step 3: Cook the Green Beans
Add green beans to the skillet with the potatoes and onions. Stir to combine, cover, and cook for another 5–7 minutes until the beans are tender but still slightly crisp.
Step 4: Add Bacon and Seasoning
Return the cooked bacon to the skillet. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the mixture and toss everything together until well coated. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Step 5: Serve
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy warm. Garnish with extra crispy bacon or chopped parsley for added color and flavor.
